Hi Joanna, I'm sorry to hear this happened. I can't find an earlier email from you but I'm happy to help you now. I was able to give you a refund, but I believe it only gave you a prorated refund, so it's probably about $2 short for these last two weeks. I'll reach out to the email you've listed to square up on the rest. We certainly don't want to take any money you don't want to give.
